Another girl, Adolat talk about divorce in 2010 and the difficulties he had with the process of try

Today we were meeting coite people who had benefited from a program of Christian Aid Persons Chambers and Partners Muminabad, Shahrah. We had a chance to talk with women who had personal and family problem solving using the Chamber coite that offers free service.
The Centre was established to provide assistance to local residents, the poor and the vulnerable. The program will assist and inform people of their rights and encourage them to solve their problems at the community level, where possible. It somewhat resembles our CABs 'free' in Wales and Britain. The main problems of residents ranging from land disputes family property to the family unit problems (divorce or request to leave the family unit) with other issues such as access to clean water. coite
She was the center was founded by volunteers and local Government have supported the scheme by providing free office for the public chamber. The project was launched officially in August of 2008, but work began in November. The project is now half way through and the office is open to local residents two days a week.
According Shahribona Shhonasimova, coite Christian Aid staff member was traveling with us today, a local government area in "support" these public chambers - four in the whole area. "We had many meetings and volunteers meet regularly with local government officials. They have a positive attitude to it because it takes the pressure off them, "he said before the people of Tajikistan did not know who to turn to with their problems before this.
Trying to solve a problem in rural Tajikistan can be a bit of a challenge at best, with people having to travel as far as 20 kilometers to the relevant center in the area under normal circumstances. coite Even then, residents are likely to face expensive costs that vary from area to area and people are open to bribery.
With over 70% of people living in poverty in Tajikistan (UN figures) so a service like this offers hope and promise to the poor. It also offers guidance and clarity on issues that concern families and the ability to cut. It offers more choices to people in the world can be quite limited in terms of options for the poor.
Over the past year, 112 people have visited the center and is becoming more popular as people coite become more aware of its existence. Since the start of the scheme - a 147 people have applied in the center. 57 were male and the rest female.
Today was a girl named Sairambi talks about the success of the Chamber after they make money he had given to man as a loan to be paid back. He had to spend and have different authorities for five years but failed to resolve the situation before. The chamber is helping to negotiate with the man and find another way to pay the fee back - by selling a cow.
Another girl, Adolat talk about divorce in 2010 and the difficulties he had with the process of trying to prove a property after an officer tried to bribe - something that is quite common unfortunately. Once again, the Chamber has been able to set a favorable agreement after talking with a member of her family. There was further discussion about divorce and the great difficulties that women and their families face - with the power to divorce in the hands of men. Women are unlikely to marry again, having to move back home to live with their parents and deal with the social stigma.
Two other Zarafsian and Robia have come to the center with problems of access to clean water. Since May of this year - the chamber has successfully installed 48 water points locally. On average, people have to walk 5 kilometers a day to fetch water before. coite
