Today we were meeting coite people who had benefited from a program of Christian Aid Persons Chambers and Partners Muminabad, Shahrah. We had a chance to talk with women who had personal and family problem solving using the Chamber coite that offers free service.
The Centre was established to provide assistance to local residents, the poor and the vulnerable. The program will assist and inform people of their rights and encourage them to solve their problems at the community level, where possible. It somewhat resembles our CABs 'free' in Wales and Britain. The main problems of residents ranging from land disputes family property to the family unit problems (divorce or request to leave the family unit) with other issues such as access to clean water. coite
She was the center was founded by volunteers and local Government have supported the scheme by providing free office for the public chamber. The project was launched officially in August of 2008, but work began in November. The project is now half way through and the office is open to local residents two days a week.
According Shahribona Shhonasimova, coite Christian Aid staff member was traveling with us today, a local government area in "support" these public chambers - four in the whole area. "We had many meetings and volunteers meet regularly with local government officials. They have a positive attitude to it because it takes the pressure off them, "he said before the people of Tajikistan did not know who to turn to with their problems before this.
Trying to solve a problem in rural Tajikistan can be a bit of a challenge at best, with people having to travel as far as 20 kilometers to the relevant center in the area under normal circumstances. coite Even then, residents are likely to face expensive costs that vary from area to area and people are open to bribery.
With over 70% of people living in poverty in Tajikistan (UN figures) so a service like this offers hope and promise to the poor. It also offers guidance and clarity on issues that concern families and the ability to cut. It offers more choices to people in the world can be quite limited in terms of options for the poor.
Over the past year, 112 people have visited the center and is becoming more popular as people coite become more aware of its existence. Since the start of the scheme - a 147 people have applied in the center. 57 were male and the rest female.
Today was a girl named Sairambi talks about the success of the Chamber after they make money he had given to man as a loan to be paid back. He had to spend and have different authorities for five years but failed to resolve the situation before. The chamber is helping to negotiate with the man and find another way to pay the fee back - by selling a cow.
Another girl, Adolat talk about divorce in 2010 and the difficulties he had with the process of trying to prove a property after an officer tried to bribe - something that is quite common unfortunately. Once again, the Chamber has been able to set a favorable agreement after talking with a member of her family. There was further discussion about divorce and the great difficulties that women and their families face - with the power to divorce in the hands of men. Women are unlikely to marry again, having to move back home to live with their parents and deal with the social stigma.
Two other Zarafsian and Robia have come to the center with problems of access to clean water. Since May of this year - the chamber has successfully installed 48 water points locally. On average, people have to walk 5 kilometers a day to fetch water before. coite

Luckily enough, there are many beaches in Snowdonia ticked many of these boxes, so they are absolut

Most children love the beach - but if you want a family day out at the seaside it is making sure beforehand that good facilities are available, such as ample parking, toilets and plenty of places to eat. If such research sounds hard work, do not worry - we have been doing already, and have chosen five of the most family friendly beaches in Snowdonia ..
You could argue that any beach is suitable for families, fee du logis to tell the truth: if there is no hint of sand, rock pools and plenty of space to run around, the majority of children are happy just to be there.
In our opinion, in addition to the usual elements - sand, sea, rock pools etc. - a beach that is perfect fee du logis for families plenty of facilities on hand. For example, somewhere to eat, public toilets, easy access for pushchairs and wheelchairs, and the occasional shop or two. We should not forget fee du logis either about the hot weather, sunny and warm sea with the lightest breath to swim in - but unfortunately such natural elements beyond our control!
Luckily enough, there are many beaches in Snowdonia ticked many of these boxes, so they are absolutely ideal for family visits. We can deliver the beaches, but in terms of weather ... you get the choice of your dates carefully!
Abersoch has three sandy beaches - Main Beach, Beach and Beach Quarry-the-Town. Abersoch village itself is a vibrant trendy surf scene with obvious and great places to shop - not to mention excellent places to eat and drink. In pursuit of the beaches you will find plenty of facilities there: car parks, toilets, cafe / shop, and plenty of water sports. fee du logis As Abersoch is one of Snowdonia's most popular beaches, the busy summer season the beaches there can be quite busy - but if the kids enjoy making new friends, they will see this advantage and not a disadvantage!
City Dinlle beach popular with locals as well as visitors Caernarfon area. After parking your car it is possible to walk along the long promenade that stretches from the Iron Age hill fort at one end, to the air museum and a small airport at the other end. Step down from the promenade on a rocky ledge, and below there is a sandy beach when the tide is low with small pools here and there (do not worry if you forgot your fishing net - there are several gift shops on level the street that sold, as well as all the usual seaside fee du logis paraphernalia). The City Dinlle excellent beach for swimming and water sports and the end of the summer there are spaces in the nice warm water swim in pleasure. There are plenty of places to eat and drink, and excellent ice cream kiosk. There are also public toilets and a small playground to keep the kids happy after they finish building sandcastles.
The Barmouth offers the essential seaside experience, with everything you could ask for during a family day at the beach. Soft golden sand? Life. And rolling sand dunes where you can skate? Life. Small fairground, toilets, cafes, shops and amusement arcades? Yes! Here are the most popular seaside resort South Snowdonia, and do not worry about too many people; Barmouth beach is huge, so there is plenty of room for everyone. Barmouth fee du logis also has an excellent harbor, where you can go on boat trips or walk and enjoy the beautiful view. And on those days when the beach is less appealing (as was said earlier, we can not ensure good weather) there are plenty fee du logis of indoor fee du logis attractions that together, form "On The Quay at Barmouth" - so there is plenty to do even on those days when the weather is not at its best.
Another popular seaside resort of Llanfairfechan is - and has been a great success among families since Victorian times. Like many Victorian resort has all the traditional elements fee du logis Llanfairfechan for the British seaside holiday fee du logis perfect: wide sandy beach, promenade, pavilion, shops and plenty of seaside activities. There is a children's playground, paddling pool, ample free parking, a skate park, a lake where those interested in model boats sailing their boats, two cafes near the beach and public toilets. Phew! A Penmaenmawr fee du logis Mountain stunning backdrop to all. What more could you ask for in a beach suitable fee du logis for families?
Although the access is excellent at Porth cold - must walk down quite a steep path from the car park, and although this is not too much of a problem, it's pretty tired on the way back to up - we could not write about family-friendly beaches Snowdonia excluding the permanent favorite. The English nicknamed 'Whistling Sands' is derived from the unusual quality sand, which squeaks when you stamp on it - so the kids loved it there. There is plenty of room to park thanks to extensive parking Gen Trust

The area containing Criccieth, Porthmadog & Vale of Ffestiniog and the mountains fall into the sea and is an ideal destination for all types of holidays. This is our version of the best that the region can offer.
Criccieth, Porthmadog & Vale of Ffestiniog, Snowdonia Mountains and Coast area offers the best of both worlds in terms of landscape: mountain peaks around you in all directions, and where there are many stunning coastal estuaries brimming of life wild and excellent beaches. With so many places to wander in, as much fresh air, greenery and possibly the best range of outdoor activities anywhere in the UK, it's no wonder that Snowdonia is considered a main base outside Britain.
But as you can see, when you visit this small corner of Snowdonia, not just outdoor activities here. Even those who are least interested in sports will find plenty of things to see and do in this area, shopping, pottery and steam trains to farm for children.
Criccieth take pride in the fact that it can offer the pleasures of a traditional Victorian seaside resort and the medieval castle is an added attraction. The moment when Criccieth Castle into view as you approach the town, in one exhilarating; stands on its massive rock sentry standing looking out to sea.
The castle separates two beaches the town, which offers stunning views of the coast and the Lleyn Peninsula. One of the most popular eating places Snowdonia be found here - the cafe Cadwalader's Ice Cream - near the beach, and enjoying a nice roaming ice cream cone full of things that must be done when come to Criccieth - rain or shine!
There is an excellent choice of hotels - small and large - in Criccieth, as well as a number of excellent restaurants and pubs - making the town a perfect place for exploring the countryside of the area. If you stay in Criccieth you within easy reach of Porthmadog hording and the Lleyn Peninsula, and all the small places of interest between the two places.
Llanystumdwy - a stone's hording throw from Criccieth - a great place for families. In addition to the Lloyd George Museum, where you will learn about life in Victorian hording times and the great man himself, it also Dwyfor Rabbit hording Farm (ideal for children) and Dragon Raiders Paintball Park Shooting (age 11 and older).
For some reason there year-round hording holiday atmosphere in Porthmadog. Perhaps the reason for that is the combination of the smell of sea breeze and the smell of chips; or perhaps the gift shops selling plastic dinghies, li-los and buckets and spades. Regardless of the reason, hording however, when calling at Porthmadog to feel like shopping short breaks.
And when talking about shopping - there are fantastic hording shops in Porthmadog. There is a factory shop? Portmeirion village selling the beautiful Italian pottery and other goods quality (Portmeirion village hording itself is just outside of town and it's very easy to go there from Porthmadog). hording Kerfoots department store that has been in the town for over 130 years; butcher shops, fish and fruits and vegetables that sell excellent fresh local produce; and all the chip shops, toy stores and gift shops that you would expect to find in a town like Porthmadog.
There is plenty to see and do in Porthmadog. We have touched Village Portmeirion, Clough Williams-Ellis beautiful creation that can see its influence in several buildings in Snowdonia. hording A harbor, of course, and a maritime museum. And just outside Porthmadog hording there Borth-y-Gest, hording Morfa Bychan Beach and Black Rock, where it is possible to have a fun time outside on the sand.
This is probably the town's most popular attractions are the steam railways. Ffestiniog Railway runs trains to Blaenau Ffestiniog, Welsh Highland Railway train while going all the way to Caernarfon. Welsh Highland Heritage hording Railway offers hording a fun day out for all the family, including opportunities to explore hording huts engine and get a ride on a little railway where only seven inches between the rails.
Hop off the train from Porthmadog and Blaenau Ffestiniog admire all the improvements made around the town to commemorate its industrial heritage. At one point 'this town who roof the world' - can be found Blaenau Ffestiniog slate roofs all over the world, and so the regeneration that has taken place in the town recently included the terms quarry, sayings of the local quarry and poetry.

ae hospital redevelopment program has reached an important stage in its history in terms of its goal of improving the comfort and space for patients, visitors and staff. wardworkYGCMae work has begun at Glan Clwyd Hospital to remove asbestos from all areas of the wards in the main flocdwr. The move is part of the hospital redevelopment project worth several million pounds, which has already led to the opening of the theater center, and Bereavement Centre Mortuary and Pathology and building a new Emergency quadrant. We will tackle each 'tower' across the three wards by one block of time and it will take about 18 months to remove the asbestos and renovate each area. As the work progresses, we will meet the needs of patients and staff in other parts of the hospital. The new wards will have four four-bedded bays and eight single cubicle. Each will have its bay and every single cubicle toilet and en-suite wet room with its own shower. The whole bays, en-suite rooms and suites are fully accessible to people with disabilities and better soundproofing methods in place there. A large glass window in every single room in the corridor leading mdro to the main ward, so that people who stay there feel isolated. The four bedded bay provides space for men only or women only. There will be no central mdro nursing station on each ward anymore by that point to the desk staff was installed in each bay with four beds, separated by a glass partition from the patients. Nurses caring for patients in the bay and two single rooms that are assigned to that desk so they can see themselves and their patients together and be closer together.
Day rooms will be available to help encourage people to get up and move, and to provide the opportunity for patients to talk to their relatives without having to be at the bedside. The ward clerks were located closer to the entrances to allow them to better help patients and visitors as soon as they arrive.
Dr Emma Hosking, Clinical Project Leader: "This work is an important step in improving the environment and the services provided in the hospital for patients and staff. We look forward to reopening the ward first 18 months as people can see the improvement of all the hard work we are undertaking at the moment.
"Once the work is done, there will be more single rooms in each ward, more space around the beds and a plan that is intended to help reduce the risk of infection and nursing staff to spend more time face -are-face with their patients. "
Ellen Greer added, Site Manager Hospital: "This is a very exciting new chapter mdro to Ysbyty Glan Clwyd but we fully recognize that a lot of activity in the main building from September onwards. We would ask everyone to support us and work from the outcome will lead to large differences in the patient we care for them in the future. "
"We are already mdro moving spaces for staff and patients to new locations on the site and this will continue for a few months. We aim to help people mdro to move around the site at the time and could be one confused. We also hope that people have seen our new Emergency Quadrant standard of facilities we have to all work will be completed and for places to be renewed.

Recently, my makeup collection joins two Maybelline New York novelties - Colossal Go Extreme pyke Volume Mascara and Master duo liner. How mascara and liner I use it almost every day, cheered me an opportunity to try them. But if my enthusiasm remained at the level?
Let's start with mascara. pyke If you've pyke tried any of Colossal mascara, you've probably witnessed how a relatively low price, you can get very good quality mascara. Same is the case with this. Medium-sized, rounded brush of synthetic fibers to keep yourself obscure product that in a couple of moves highlight the lashes, not blind them. Two coats are more than enough for a dramatic look to your lashes.
Mascara is intensely black, do not shed and does not come off the hard. Packing is like other Colossal mascara, "chubby" in bright colors. The recommended price of 77.90 her. My overall impression of this mascara is great, sure I was shoved in the top 5 favorite. Recommendation!
Let's go now to the not-so-shiny side of the duo. In fact, Master duo liner itself is great - the day you'll look like you wet liner, which is a plus or minus, depending on what you prefer. pyke I love to still be a little less brilliant.
Minus the liner texture and application. I applicator is specific of flexible plastic coated sponge-tipped which is flattened so depending pyke on how you rotate to have thinner or thicker line. However, the very texture of the liner is quite bad - sticky (you'll pyke feel as if you apply the glue to the eyelids), transparent (you will need several coats and twice as much time to apply and to be nearly so black) and very liquid.
Durability liner is excellent. Moving your finger over it it will not move while you are going to take off in the evening without any problems, just that ... a bit heavier and less tacky ... and not so transparent. It costs 62 kuna. The figure above shows a single layer on the bottom two.
And in the end one LOTD that I made using these two products and Maybelline lipstick in shades ColorSensational Neon Red. This is my most common daily makeup, pyke except that rose through the day replace gloss or balm.
John Blažoti (EyeWannaBe) is a makeup artist from Bednja - Varanasi pyke - Zagreb. MSc in Computer Science and has worked as a specialist in the development of Web services support pyke in Croatian Telecom, and most of my free time is devoted to her favorite pyke hobbies - makeup. Neon Red lipstick I have, one of my favorite shades of lipstick. I love it! I like this liner, but while I'm looking for something like this with a wet / glossy effect since I've seen something similar in the tutorial Lisa Eldridge ... But me off this watery texture and the need for application in several layers. Faithful pyke to its'm Eveline Celebrities tus yet has a waterproof version Would Have you tried put through an ordinary black ink? Pamper you lower layer or works better?
I love the look even I like and what's great shower just shows that quality is bad ... if anything I hate it when the nail polish is watery, translucent Eyeliner, and the same goes for gloss and lipsticks so should 564565685685 layers to the somewhat resembles ... for 62 I expect more because for 20 can buy a lot much better pyke Eyeliner

It's still admire your precision and skill application showers, the look is great. But I have the impression that when creating any look, but always somehow you staying consistent minimalism, and in the end it all looks pretty much the same. I'd love to see your performance has a dramatic look, with dark and bright colors

Reviewed ColorSensational I worked a long time ago it was not long ago when these shades, but there is: http://www.sminkerica.com/kozmetika/mny-colorsensational-ruzevi/ A chartplotter need a good pencil pyke shavings, a steady hand and precise pyke brush applicator roses. In the end I went around the edge with a bit of concealer on the equally precise synthetic brush data
Kolko times have you had to cross to get that intensity when the two layers just like it in the picture
I do not know, a few times I switch from one eye to the other and utapkavala, used to make drawings while the intensity was not satisfactory. I spent at least double the time compared to how we normally need to apply shower.
