The plan aims to provide the conditions for the construction of apartment buildings with a local center for the purpose, at street level, within the property Haga 1: 108 in Solhaga park about 100 meters from Masmos metro Vårby Haga.
The buildings proposed to be located in two U-shaped buildings of five to six storeys. Loft created by the block opens out in the form of a green route of 14 meters between houses. Architect proposal shown in the illustrations holds 125 apartments and allows up to 150 square meters for the center object (such as a shop, café, office, restaurant, or other activities of the non-intrusive cv bankas nature. The purpose of the contest was to find new solutions for the future housing and that in view of the plot and surroundings suggest a design for maximum utilization of the land.
